Ltd. based in Ahmedabad, provides services to US based Architecture, Engineering and Construction group of companies:<ul><li>Russell and Dawson &ndash; An Architecture/Engineering/Planning firm (www.rdaep.com)</li><li>United-BIM &ndash; BIM Modeling Services Firm (www.united-bim.com)</li><li>AORBIS &ndash; Procurement as a Service Provider (www.aorbis.com)</li></ul>We are looking for a Senior Executive &ndash; Legal and Contracts to assist in managing contracts related to building design and procurement services with customers and suppliers for construction projects.Position: Senior Executive &ndash; Legal and ContractsLocation: Work from Office, Ahmedabad (S G Highway, Makarba)Timings: 2pm to 11pm - Monday through FridayExperience: 3 to 5 YearsResponsibilities:As part of the Legal &amp; Contracts team, the Senior Executive &ndash; Legal and Contracts will assist in managing contractual matters related to building design and procurement services. This includes reviewing customer and supplier contracts, supporting negotiations, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining up-to-date records across multiple ongoing construction projects and other aligned tasks.The role requires a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable navigating contract language, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of contractual documentation.<ul><li>Contractual Agreements - strong understanding of drafting and reviewing contracts, and the ability to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.</li><li>Contract Negotiation - ability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and customers.</li><li>Contract Management - ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, proper documentation, and timely renewals.</li><li>Analytical Skills - ability to analyze complex data and information, and make/recommend sound decisions based on data analysis</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Law (Preferred) or Business Administration, or relevant field</li><li>Experience in contract management, legal research and writing, negotiation, or related field</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Exposure to US Projects/Design/Standards</li><li>Company provides Dinner/Snacks/Tea/Coffee</li><li>15 paid leave + 8-10 Public Holidays</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable with 2PM to 11PM shift?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
