Job Description:</div><div>
This position is mainly responsible for monitoring/administering the daily valuation process, Fund Compliance testing, timely reporting of any compliance exceptions to CCO&rsquo;s office, the timely filing of Form 13F, TIC-S, Form PF, Form CPO-PQR and other regulatory reporting with the applicable authorities. (oversight meetings, pricing decisions and board reporting) for all of the North American fund complexes which include US 1940 Act mutual funds, collective investment trusts and partnerships (LLCs). Additional responsibilities include supporting regulatory and financial reporting during multiple year end cycles, vendor oversight of class action claim filing, processing claim settlements, maintaining enrollment of funds with vendor, conducting claim analysis for opt-in litigations, document preparation, and supporting counsel through securities litigation case lifecycles.</div><div></div><div>
