Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to support on-ground sales initiatives, dealer mapping, and marketing campaigns. The role involves Field-level exposure, providing practical insights into market dynamics, distributor engagement, and customer behavior in the FMCG or Manufacturing sector.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identity and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and client referrals</li><li>Meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Maintain strong relationship with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Perform dealer/distributor mapping in assigned areas.</li><li>Update daily visit reports and maintain CRM or Excel based trackers.</li><li>Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence data.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers within company guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.</li><li>Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade fairs when required.</li><li>Should able to handle collections and dealer coordination.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>B.B.A/ M.B.A, or any other Graduates with prior sales experience</li><li>1 - 2 yrs of proven Sales experience in FMCG or 'Beverage sales' will be an added advantage.</li><li>Open to local candidates from Ramanathapuram and nearby areas</li><li>Ability to travel to field work across allocated areas.</li><li>Good communication and analytical skills and interest in data collection &amp; reporting.</li><li>Preferably MALE candidates only</li><li>Must have two wheeler with valid license</li></ul>Perks: Travel Allowance, Incentives &amp; Performance bonus (yearly)We are also accepting applications for this profile from sales executive, field sales executive, sales representatives, sales officer.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;180,000.00 - &#8377;240,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Field sales: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Tamil (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
