Job Title: WellView Trainer 
Location: Midland, TX 
Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off rotation 

Position Overview 
The Logistics Coordinator II will provide field and office-based training and technical support for WellView users within the Drilling &amp; Completions (D&amp;C) organization. This role is responsible for delivering application training, managing data integrity, supporting operations with report generation and quality control, and maintaining standardized processes and documentation across D&amp;C operations. 
 
The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of WellView functionality, drilling and completions workflows, and data standards, combined with excellent communication and technical documentation skills. 

Key Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Deliver training for field and office users on all aspects of WellView functionality</li><li>Support field operations and office teams on data standards, quality, and issue resolution</li><li>Maintain and track new hire WellView training records</li><li>Perform well data quality control (costs, phases, schematics, etc.)</li><li>Conduct daily training sessions with Operations Technicians (Ops Techs)</li><li>Travel to local coordination offices (LCO) to facilitate D&amp;C training needs</li><li>Develop and maintain WellView training materials using standardized templates</li><li>Execute ad-hoc WellView data pulls and support data validation initiatives</li><li>Assist in maintaining and improving data standards, libraries, and user data lists (UDLs)</li><li>Coordinate with the Analyst Group to review and implement functional requirement changes</li><li>Modify reports and update training materials to reflect system or process changes</li><li>Provide 24/7 WellView user support (includes light IT troubleshooting)</li></ul>

Skills and Qualifications 
Education: 
<ul><li>Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, or equivalent technical experience</li></ul>
Experience: 
<ul><li>Previous experience in a drilling, completions, or data management role required</li><li>Strong working knowledge of WellView and related D&amp;C data systems</li><li>Understanding of drilling and completions operations, cost tracking, and reporting</li></ul>
Technical Skills: 
<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data tools used for well reporting and tracking</li><li>Ability to create reports, queries, and perform data audits within WellView</li><li>Skilled in developing and maintaining training materials and user documentation</li></ul>
