The <b>Senior Manager, Solar Project Manager </b>leads the execution of assigned energy generation projects including construction, safety, quality, schedule, contractor(s) scope and budget.</p><p><b>
Role Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Manage the execution of assigned project/projects within the established schedule and budgetary constraints and in compliance with safety, reliability, technical quality and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Proactively manage the execution of project contracts including review and approval of change orders and invoices</li><li>
Coordinate project expectations, workflows and communications across multiple departments and Stakeholders, internal or external, to ensure overall compliance with the project objectives, contracts, budgets and schedules</li><li>
Perform Quality Analysis/Quality Control of key deliverables related to projects and tasks managed</li><li>
Identify, report and manage project risks. Facilitate collaboration with the appropriate project Stakeholders to develop mitigation plans</li><li>
Build the project site team and provide the appropriate direction to accomplish project goals and objectives</li><li>
Maintain appropriate communication with senior management and all project groups and functions within and outside the company. Manage progress status reporting, as required</li><li>
Ensure the highest level of environmental health and safety on assigned energy project/projects</li></ul><p><b>
Job Requirements and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction related field from an accredited university</li><li>
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus</li><li>
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience; 5 years of progressive project management experience</li><li>
Experience in the power generation field is preferred. Oil and Gas experience will be considered</li><li>
Construction field experience is preferred</li><li>
Able to travel 25% to 50% of the time</li><li>
Has a valid US driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to manage customer relationships</li><li>
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams</li><li>
Strong leadership and communication, and ability to meet deadlines</li><li>
Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables</li><li>
Ability to multi-task, while working independently and as part of a team</li><li>
Motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities</li><li>
Proven ability to empathize, build relationships, and effectively communicate and lead people from a diverse set of backgrounds</li><li>

</p><p><b>Pay range:</b> The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois or New York is $160,000 - $205,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. The <b>Sr. Engineer I, Performance Analytics</b>, as a member of the Analytics &amp; Monitoring team, is responsible for the development and management of internal asset performance analytics tools and infrastructure, for leading regular and ad hoc analysis to identify asset underperformance, and mentoring team members with a main focus on wind, solar, and storage technologies.</p><p>
The tools in our platform address actual and historical performance, provide underperformance alerts, and summarize relevant asset data for a variety of audiences, including upper management. The Sr. Engineer I, Performance Analytics, will drive collaboration with O&amp;M, Asset Management, and Engineering teams to surface issues that cause assets to underperform. The development of the analytics tools and platform will be done in close collaboration with the IT/OT department as well to ensure that the system and protocols are compatible with the company's IT/OT strategy and guidelines. The ultimate goal of the Sr. Engineer I, Performance Analytics, is to enhance the profitability of the whole portfolio of assets by identifying underperformance and offering a perspective on possible improvement opportunities.</p><p><b>
Role Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Design, Develop and Build tools and products that determine the overall health and performance of wind, solar, and battery storage assets</li><li>
Validate and support the improvement of energy and performance calculation methods</li><li>
Provide support to regional Operations and Maintenance teams about faults, reliability, and efficiency issues.</li><li>
Product Development (diagnostic and predictive analysis methods and tools)</li><li>
Power performance test process support at wind and solar sites</li><li>
Evaluate retrofit project calculations</li><li>
Build a collaborating environment with multiple stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, IT/OT, and others)</li><li>
Mentor engineers in technology-related topics, data analytics methods, and tools</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement processes</li><li>
Work with multiple stakeholders</li></ul><p><b>
Job Requirements and Experiences:
</b></p><ul><li>A degree in STEM from an accredited university or college is required</li><li>
Minimum 7 years of engineering experience with demonstrated history in analytics activities and/or projects</li><li>
Excellent understanding of Wind/ Solar Energy and BESS systems</li><li>
Familiarity with Condition Monitoring Systems and predictive analytics</li><li>
Excellent understanding of Operational Data and energy calculation methodologies</li><li>
Extended experience with data analytics, databases, and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Databricks)</li><li>
Strong preference for Machine Learning deployment methodologies</li><li>
Experience with deployment of AI to improve workflows</li><li>
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies</li><li>
Project management skills</li><li>
