Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities</b></div><p></p><ul><li><b><br>
Technical Delivery &amp; Execution:</b> Partner closely with Data Architects and Data Engineers to orchestrate the end-to-end development of RWS' new Enterprise Data Platform and deliver the wider data strategy.</li><li><b>
Drive the onboarding and active adoption</b> of the new platform across different RWS business units and technical teams. Act as a platform evangelist, establishing self-service enablement materials, user training, and documentation to maximize business ROI.</li><li><b>
Agile Delivery:</b> Own and optimize the Agile delivery function, driving planning, refinement, standups, and retrospective ceremonies.</li><li><b>
Stakeholder Bridge:</b> Mediate between technical teams and broader business stakeholders, translating complex data/architectural progress into clear business milestones and executive reporting.</li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
Skills &amp; Experience</b></div><ul><li><b>
Enterprise Platform Delivery</b>: 3+ years of experience managing the delivery of large-scale cloud data platforms (e.g., utilizing Databricks, Azure, AWS, or Snowflake environments)</li><li><b>
Agile Project Leadership:</b> Proven background acting as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Technical Product Owner for high-performing engineering and data architecture teams</li><li><b>
Proven experience in platform change management</b>, developer enablement, or user-adoption strategies for newly launched enterprise tools.</li><li><b>
Ability to foster user engagement through training</b>, workshops, and user-friendly documentation.</li><li><b>
AI/ML Program Exposure:</b> Experience delivery-managing data pipeline readiness, ELT/ETL architectures, and data preparation specifically geared toward AI model integration</li><li><b>
Technical Fluency:</b> A strong conceptual understanding of modern data ecosystems, data warehousing, pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow), and data governance standards</li><li><b>
Cross-Functional Communication:</b> Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration between technical developers and non-technical roles</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
