About the Role</div><div>
As an Event Operations Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of events. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates or those with 1&ndash;2 years of business experience who are eager to start a career in event operations with a global organizer. Working closely with the Operations Executive and Manager, you will provide administrative, logistical, and coordination support to ensure events run smoothly and meet the highest standards.</div><div></div><div>
Responsibilities</div><div><ul><li><div>
Provide administrative support across operations, including maintaining trackers, preparing documents, and updating shared systems.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in event planning by creating schedules, manuals, and exhibitor information packs.</div></li><li><div>
Source supplier quotes and support procurement and paperwork processes.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate with exhibitors, addressing operational queries and directing them to resources.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain accurate records of deadlines, supplier requirements, and compliance documents.</div></li><li><div>
Support Operations Executive and Manager in liaising with venues, contractors, and internal teams.</div></li><li><div>
Process invoices, purchase orders, and budget-related administration.</div></li><li><div>
Provide onsite support during build-up, live event days, and breakdown to ensure a smooth experience.</div></li><li><div>

Requirements</div><ul><li><div>
Graduate preferred or 1&ndash;2 years of proven business experience</div></li><li><div>

About the Role</div><div>
As an Event Assistant, you will support event leadership and marketing managers in delivering exceptional event experiences. This is an entry-level opportunity for graduates or those with 1-2 years business experience, passionate about building a career in global corporate. You will assist with operational, administrative, and marketing tasks&mdash;including organizing show features, partner contracts, ticketing, content creation, VIP administration, data management, and raising purchase orders&mdash;to ensure smooth delivery of our events.</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Plan and coordinate event features, activations, and arenas.</div></li><li><div>
Manage schedules, running orders, and rehearsals for speakers and performers.</div></li><li><div>
Liaise with talent, partners, and federations for contracts, logistics, and requests.</div></li><li><div>
Collect and organize bios, photos, and marketing assets.</div></li><li><div>
Support contracts, barter agreements, and partner communications.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with ticketing, VIP administration, and guest management.</div></li><li><div>
Create event content, presentations, guides, and decks.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate artwork approvals and creative asset tracking.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain trackers and accurate event/marketing records.</div></li><li><div>
Raise POs and process supplier invoices.</div></li><li><div>
Support on-site logistics, technical setup, and operational tasks.</div></li><li><div>
Compile post-event media and coverage.</div></li><li><div>

Qualifications</div><ul><li><div>
Fresh Graduate, or those with proven 1-2 years business experience</div></li><li><div>
