About the Role
The Content Manager supports the content strategy for a portfolio of B2B events, focused on driving audience engagement and elevating brand presence year-round. This role is responsible for guiding a team of content creators, refining workflow processes, and introducing scalable best practices that enhance efficiency and creativity. The Content Manager partners closely with marketing leadership, sales, digital, and sponsorship teams to align messaging, uncover content opportunities, and support growth and revenue-driving initiatives. Leveraging data insights and audience behavior, Content Managers develop and optimize content strategies that fuel campaign performance and strengthen customer connection.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead Content Associate/Campaign team to produce compelling, audience-first content across all channels including websites, email campaigns, print collateral, social media, video, SMS, infographics, and sales presentations.</li><li>
Integrate AI tools to personalize content and optimize performance.</li><li>
Develop and refine scalable content workflows and processes.</li><li>
Collaborate with sales, digital, and sponsorship teams to align messaging and amplify impact.</li><li>
Drive creative ideation and brand storytelling across websites, email, social, and event collateral.</li><li>
Launch initiatives to increase engagement and enhance the attendee journey (including A/B testing).</li><li>
Monitor performance metrics, apply insights, and iterate strategies for continual improvement.</li><li>
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and evolving event goals.</li><li>
Support the timely execution of assets within the Communications Plan set forth by the Strategy Team, by managing team priorities and timelines to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Have 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B or events/exhibitions</li><li>
Possess proven team management experience</li><li>
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Be able to present ideas, strategies, and performance insights to stakeholders</li><li>
Have excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines</li><li>
Be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
