The ideal candidate must have solid academic background in accountancy. This role involves end-to-end bookkeeping, financial reporting, and coordination with external auditors and stakeholders.About Us:Rx100 Ventures is a sector-focused deep tech Venture based in Bangalore, India. At Rx100 Ventures, we also place a high value on company culture and character, fostering an environment where innovation and integrity thrive.Role <ul><li>Maintain and update the company&rsquo;s books of accounts using Zoho Books.</li><li>Record and reconcile all journal entries, bank transactions, and ledger postings.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis, including vendor and client reconciliations.</li><li>Generate, track, and manage invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit &amp; Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external parties to ensure timely and accurate submissions and compliance.</li><li>Monitor bank reconciliations, credit card payments, and petty cash transactions.</li><li>Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory filings are done on time in coordination with consultants.</li><li>Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and cost analysis.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions in line with compliance and audit standards.</li><li>Support payroll coordination and reimbursement processing in line with HR and finance policies.</li><li>Respond to internal and external queries related to accounting and financial data.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in commerce / accountancy or related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and journal entries.</li><li>Familiarity with Indian taxation, TDS, and GST regulations.</li><li>Excellent Excel skills and ability to handle large volumes of financial data.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills for dealing with auditors and vendors.</li><li>High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.</li><li>Only candidates based in Bangalore will be considered.</li></ul>Working at RX100 Ventures Join us for a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects that shape the future of our business.
