You may also be assigned any other responsibilities or tasks as deemed necessary by your reporting manager.Your role is positioned under the following Role Pillars: CUREC &rarr; Clinical ExcellenceU &rarr; Unit LeadershipR &rarr; Responsible OperationsE &rarr; Expansion &amp; GrowthJob SummaryYou are appointed as Senior Physiotherapist &amp; Team Leader at RxDx Clinic, SAMAMVAY, Malleswaram, accountable for delivering clinical excellence, guiding the physiotherapy team, and driving the overall growth of the rehabilitation center. This role combines advanced patient care, unit leadership, operational oversight, and outreach initiatives. You will ensure evidence-based treatment, seamless patient experience, adherence to NABH standards, and community engagement that strengthens RxDx SAMAMVAY&rsquo;s position as a trusted center for musculoskeletal, sports injury, and orthopedic and other condition&rsquo;s rehabilitation.Key ResponsibilitiesC &rarr; Clinical Excellence<ul><li>Assess, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal, sports injury, orthopedic, and related rehabilitation cases.</li><li>Design and implement rehabilitation programmes customized to individual patient needs.</li><li>Deliver hands-on physiotherapy sessions including different Mobilization Techniques, Sports Massage, Dry Needling, Athletic taping, and Hydrotherapy.</li><li>Monitor patient progress, adapt interventions, and ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols.</li><li>Address home visit requirements, allocate appropriately, and personally attend as needed.</li><li>Oversee assessments, treatment protocols, and progression managed by junior physiotherapists.</li></ul>U &rarr; Unit Leadership<ul><li>Manage team scheduling, roster allocation, and leave planning to ensure smooth service delivery.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and support the physiotherapy team in day-to-day operations.</li><li>Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and training to junior physiotherapists and interns.</li><li>Conduct regular team meetings, case discussions, and skill-enhancement workshops.</li><li>Facilitate hands-on training programmes to improve patient outcomes.</li><li>Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and patient-first care.</li></ul>R &rarr; Responsible Operations<ul><li>Manage scheduling, workload allocation, and ensure smooth unit operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate clinical records, documentation, and rehabilitation progress reports.</li><li>Engage regularly with doctors to generate referrals for the department.</li><li>Coordinate with referring consultants, sports coaches, and other stakeholders for patient progression.</li><li>Ensure NABH standards by participating in audits and compliance processes.</li><li>Oversee departmental rosters and ensure optimal utilization and availability of physiotherapists.</li><li>Attend and address patient feedback to ensure satisfaction and service quality</li></ul>E &rarr; Expansion &amp; Growth<ul><li>Collaborate with the Marketing team for awareness initiatives such as blogs, videos, and corporate wellness talks.</li><li>Participate in outreach programs (community camps, sports camps, corporate talks) with the Business Development team.</li><li>Represent RxDx SAMAMVAY in workshops, events, and sports promotion initiatives.</li><li>Submit daily and monthly performance reports for the department.</li><li>Raise PRFs (Purchase Requisition Forms) for departmental requirements.</li><li>Monitor the quality and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.</li><li>Strengthen relationships with other departments to ensure integrated patient care.</li></ul>Performance Metrics<ul><li>Total number of patient sessions completed.</li><li>Total number of home visits attended.</li><li>Total unfilled enquiries (missed opportunities) tracked and reduced.</li><li>Total number of referrals generated from doctors/partners.</li><li>Total number of blogs/articles contributed.</li><li>Total number of educational/Awareness videos created.</li><li>Patient satisfaction and feedback scores.</li><li>Training/mentorship sessions conducted for junior physiotherapists.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
