<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounts and ensure accurate recording of project-wise transactions.</li><li>Prepare financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards applicable to real estate companies.</li><li>Monitor and manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliation.</li><li>Handle project budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management.</li><li>Prepare and review GST, TDS, income tax returns, and ensure timely compliance.</li><li>Assist in RERA compliance: maintain records of project finances, ensure fund utilization aligns with regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with project, legal, and procurement teams for financial planning and reporting.</li><li>Liaise with auditors for statutory, internal, and RERA audits and prepare necessary reports.</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts and oversee day-to-day treasury operations.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports, profitability analysis, and variance reports for management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
