If you have big dreams of doing great things in the medical field&hellip;this is an excellent opportunity to learn from the ground up!Benefits/Compensation<ul><li>Optional supplemental insurance (Medical and Dental)</li><li>Performance Recognition Awards</li><li>Annual Performance Reviews with potential for raises and bonuses</li><li>Paid On-the-job Training</li><li>Potential referral bonus</li><li>PTO</li><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Work closely with the team to manage office efficiency, expedite flow, and maximize customer care so that patients have an excellent experience in the office.</li><li>Assist in modalities such as Rehabilitative Exercises, Traction table, Electrical Stimulation, RockTape application, DME Procedures, and removal of dry needles.</li><li>Transcribe and notate medical documentation accurately to send to the insurance company within 48 hours of the time of the patient visit.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain relationships with patients.</li><li>Help oversee the coordination of the front office activities including checking patients in &amp; out, collections, answering phones, responding to e-correspondence and scheduling.</li><li>Engage with insurance companies to verify and oversee coverage for patients.</li><li>Attending periodic training sessions and meetings pertinent to position.</li><li>Performing all other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager, Clinic Director, and/or Doctor.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong Work Ethic &ndash; having a growth mindset, being a positive team-player, and willingness to learn.</li><li>Adaptability/Flexibility &ndash; ability to adapt easily to changing conditions and work responsibilities.</li><li>Multi-tasking/Attentiveness &ndash; ability to attend multiple projects/areas (such as front and back office responsibilities).</li><li>Effective Communication Skills &ndash; transparently and respectfully communicating with team and patients; being able to work with lots of different personalities and manage expectations is key for this role.</li><li>Strong Computer Skills &ndash; expert ability to use a computer &amp; electronic medical records.</li><li>High Level of Confidentiality &ndash; Maintain patient, team member and employer confidentiality. Comply with all HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Customer Service Oriented &ndash; Friendly, cheerful and helpful to patients and others. Ability to meet patients and others needs while following office policies.</li><li>Detail Oriented &ndash; High attention to the multiple and minor details of a project is very important.</li><li>Proactive &amp; Diligent &ndash; ability to manage the flow of the office and able to anticipate the office needs.</li><li>Front office or administrative experience required.</li></ul>To be successful in this role, you must have a love for the medical field, do well working in a fast paced environment, and be comfortable working on computers.
