Role &amp; responsibilities1. Daily Accounting Operations<ul><li>Entry of Purchase, Sales, Expenses &amp; Journal Vouchers in Tally</li><li>Bank &amp; Cash Book maintenance</li><li>Daily Cash Flow &amp; Expense Tracking</li><li>Petty cash management and verification</li></ul>2. GST &amp; Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)</li><li>GST reconciliation with purchase &amp; sales data</li><li>Coordination with vendors for GST mismatch resolution</li><li>Handling E-Way Bills and compliance records</li><li>Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance.</li></ul>3. Purchase &amp; Vendor Accounting<ul><li>Verification of Purchase Bills with PO &amp; GRN</li><li>Vendor ledger reconciliation</li><li>Tracking advance payments &amp; outstanding balances</li><li>Follow-up for vendor invoices and corrections</li></ul>4. Sales &amp; Customer Accounting<ul><li>Sales invoice entry and validation</li><li>Customer ledger reconciliation</li><li>Tracking receivables &amp; aging reports</li><li>Coordination with dispatch and sales teams</li></ul>5. Bank &amp; Payment Management<ul><li>Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)</li><li>Payment entries (NEFT/RTGS/Cheque)</li><li>Coordination with banks for routine transactions</li><li>Monitoring fund availability</li></ul>6. US Accounting<ul><li>In-depth experience with US Accounting Systems</li><li>Handling US customers including excellent email &amp; verbal communication is required</li><li>Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with US GAAP principles</li></ul>Experience :- 6 years to 15 yearsWork Location:- Khardah, West BengalJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
