<ul><li>Assist the trash truck driver with the collection of garbage, recyclables, and other waste materials.</li>
<li>Manually load trash and recycling bins into the truck.</li>
<li>Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials according to company and local regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment around the truck and collection sites.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with the driver and other team members to ensure timely and efficient routes.</li>
<li>Report any issues or hazards encountered during collection to the supervisor.</li>
<li>Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment as needed.</li>

<ul><li>Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working outdoors in various weather conditions.</li>
