Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operational activities of our safety products business. Operations Executive – Safety Products

About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Industrial Sales Lead to grow our Safety Products business across industrial, manufacturing, construction, oil &amp; gas, and infrastructure clients. The role focuses on developing new accounts, managing key customers, and driving revenue through consultative selling of industrial safety solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B customers in assigned industrial territories or segments</li><li>Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets</li><li>Promote and sell a portfolio of industrial safety products (PPE, fall protection, fire safety, safety signage, etc.)</li><li>Conduct product presentations, site visits, and safety solution demonstrations</li><li>Understand customer safety requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions</li><li>Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close deals</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment</li><li>Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback</li><li>Participate in trade shows, safety events, and industry exhibitions as required</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in safety products, PPE, MRO, or industrial supplies</li><li>Strong understanding of industrial environments and safety standards</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Experience with channel sales and/or key account management is a plus</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li><li>Consultative selling mindset with strong problem-solving ability</li><li>Ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers and site personnel</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives</li><li>Opportunity to work with a growing safety-focused organization</li><li>Training on products, safety standards, and selling techniques</li><li>Career growth opportunities in a performance-driven environment</li></ul>LocationKarachi, PakistanReporting ToGeneral ManagerJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
