Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Case Tracking: Maintain an updated calendar and tracker of all ongoing legal cases, hearings, and filings.</li><li>Coordination with Lawyers: Regularly follow up with panel advocates and external legal counsel for case updates, hearing outcomes, and filing statuses.</li><li>Drafting &amp; Documentation: Prepare and review legal documents including notices, agreements, contracts, settlement deeds, and recovery-related correspondence.</li><li>Recovery Support: Assist in preparing demand notices, settlement communications, and other legal documentation for debt recovery.</li><li>Negotiation: Engage with debtors, promoters, and counterparties to negotiate amicable settlements and ensure effective clearance of receivables.</li><li>Team Management: Oversee and guide the internal collection and legal coordination teams, ensuring timely reporting and action on assigned accounts.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure all legal and procedural steps are taken in accordance with IBC, Contract Act, NI Act, and other applicable laws.</li><li>Reporting: Provide periodic updates and MIS reports on the status of cases, recoveries, and pending legal actions to senior management.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;360,000.00 - &#8377;400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
