 Job Overview:
 
 
 
 We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior PPC Officer to lead the production&nbsp;planning and control process. This role is critical in planning future material acquisition and&nbsp;production activities to ensure alignment with upcoming orders , production targets, and&nbsp;delivery commitments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in&nbsp;manufacturing, and the ability to drive production efficiency and timely availability of materials.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Production &amp; Material Planning:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop forward-looking production schedules and material acquisition plans based on&nbsp;demand forecasts, inventory levels, and lead times.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Raw Material Demand Forecasting:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Calculate monthly and long-term raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted&nbsp;production flow.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Capacity &amp; Efficiency Analysis:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor production output, analyze productivity trends, and identify improvement areas&nbsp;to optimize production efficiency and plant capacity utilization.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Cross-functional Coordination:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Communicate with stores, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely&nbsp;availability of raw materials and consumables.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Consumables Procurement Planning:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Consolidate requirements for recurring materials per order , evaluate delivery time and&nbsp;set procurement plans accordingly.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Resource Allocation:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Determine and allocate required materials and manpower for each production operation&nbsp;to meet scheduled targets.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Education:&nbsp;
 
 Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial&nbsp;Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience:&nbsp;
 
 At least 4 years of relevant experience in production planning within a manufacturing&nbsp;environment.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Competencies:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong forecasting, planning, and analytical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and cross-department coordination abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially for planning and data analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and problem-solving mindset.
 </li>
