We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive with 3-4 years of experience to support the finance and accounting functions of the organization. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting and compliance activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity and efficiency.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded appropriately.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices and follow-ups.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in financial records.</li><li>Prepare and maintain the general ledger and ensure completeness of entries.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare schedules for management review.</li><li>Assist with statutory and tax compliance tasks, including GST, TDS, and other filings as applicable.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information flow.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in enhancing accounting practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.</li><li>34 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Tally: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Accounting: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
