Job Summary:The Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing and monitoring inventory levels at Special You to ensure smooth operations of order fulfillment and warehouse management. This role involves maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and ensuring inventory accuracy to support e-commerce sales channels like Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.</li><li>Conduct daily/weekly stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.</li><li>Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking and raise purchase requests as required.</li><li>Coordinate with the procurement team and suppliers for timely replenishment of products.</li><li>Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of products to prevent damage or loss.</li><li>Update inventory data in ERP/WMS software and generate regular stock reports.</li><li>Assist in planning and implementing inventory control processes to reduce shrinkage.</li><li>Support the warehouse team during inbound and outbound operations.</li><li>Coordinate with e-commerce operations teams for product availability and order dispatch accuracy.</li><li>Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products and suggest corrective actions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail domain.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Inventory Management</li><li>Stock Auditing &amp; Reconciliation</li><li>ERP/WMS knowledge</li><li>MS Excel proficiency</li><li>Vendor &amp; Supplier Coordination</li><li>Analytical Thinking</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of production workers, coordinate production schedules, and work collaboratively with other departments to meet production targets.Responsibilities:Supervision and Leadership:<ul><li>Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to ensure adherence to production processes and quality standards.</li><li>Foster a positive and productive work environment.</li></ul>Production Planning:<ul><li>Collaborate with the production planning team to create and implement production schedules.</li><li>Ensure timely and efficient use of resources to meet production targets.</li></ul>Quality Control:<ul><li>Monitor and enforce quality control standards throughout the production process.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues that may affect product quality.</li></ul>Process Improvement:<ul><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.</li><li>Implement changes to streamline production processes and reduce costs.</li></ul>Health and Safety Compliance:<ul><li>Enforce and promote a safe working environment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.</li></ul>Inventory Management:<ul><li>Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to maintain adequate stock levels.</li><li>Conduct regular audits to track and manage inventory accuracy.</li></ul>Communication and Coordination:<ul><li>Communicate production goals and objectives to the team.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, Dispatch, procurement and logistics to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul>Problem Solving:<ul><li>Address production issues in a timely manner and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in production output.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1 Year of experience in a manufacturing and packaging supervisory role.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any field.</li><li>Proven leadership and supervisory skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.</li><li>Proficiency in using relevant production management software.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 Kgs.</li></ul>The role may evolve to include additional responsibilities based on business needs.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
