We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Executive to join our team. As a Warehouse Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory, coordinating shipments, maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a smooth and streamlined warehouse operation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing efficient tracking systems.</li><li>Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the shipping and receiving process, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of goods to customers and internal departments. Prepare shipping documents and liaise with carriers for smooth transportation.</li><li>Warehouse Organization: Strategically plan and optimize the layout of the warehouse to facilitate efficient product handling and storage. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.</li><li>Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and condition of all incoming and outgoing products.</li><li>Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols within the warehouse, including handling hazardous materials and operating equipment in a safe manner.</li><li>Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement within the warehouse operation and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to warehouse operations, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance, to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and timely fulfillment of orders.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in any field</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 6 months - 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. Familiarity with using warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.</li><li>Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving warehouse-related issues. Ability to think critically and make quick, effective decisions.</li><li>Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members, suppliers, and customers effectively.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records and prevent errors in order fulfillment.</li><li>Advance Excel Knowledge is mandatory( Vlookup, Pivot Table)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Male Candidate should be preferred</li></ul>Work Location: In person
