Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Technician/Installer to join our team and deliver exceptional climate control solutions to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets safety standards and client specifications while providing efficient and reliable comfort solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize your mechanical knowledge, and contribute to building comfortable environments for our customers.Experience<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience is required.</li><li>Proven experience as a service technician or installer in the HVAC industry with a strong understanding of HVAC systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC installation or property maintenance is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design principles to facilitate accurate system setup.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge covering refrigeration systems and boiler operation is essential.</li><li>Familiarity with plumbing techniques relevant to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and leak detection.</li><li>Experience operating diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues within HVAC equipment.</li><li>Ability to perform appliance repair and conduct general maintenance tasks efficiently in field service environments.</li><li>Welding skills for fabrication or repair tasks involving metal components of HVAC systems are a plus.</li><li>Mechanical or mechanic experience that enhances understanding of complex machinery is advantageous.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment (including ammonia refrigeration), and related mechanical components.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute installations and repairs.</li><li>Perform field service tasks such as diagnosing system issues using tools like ohmmeters and performing equipment repairs or replacements.</li><li>Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems including pipe fitting, leak detection, and drainage setup.</li><li>Operate welding equipment for custom fabrication or repair of HVAC components when necessary.</li><li>Maintain property by ensuring HVAC systems are functioning efficiently, performing routine maintenance checks, and addressing any mechanical failures promptly.</li><li>Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems to ensure seamless installation and service delivery.</li><li>Document all work performed thoroughly and accurately in service reports for future reference.</li><li>Follow safety procedures diligently during all phases of installation and repair work.</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Fuel card</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
