Job SummaryWe are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Home Staging Designer to create cohesive, market-appropriate design plans that enhance residential properties for sale. In this role, you will design entire homes using company inventory, ensuring each space is visually compelling and appeals to target buyers.Projects require fast turn around and independent work. Your days will be spent selecting and packing furnishings and decor from our 10,000 sq ft and installing the designs into our portfolio of homes.The ideal candidate has strong spatial planning skills, refined design instincts, and exceptional attention to detail. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects and performing efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design full-home staging plans that align with property style, target buyer demographics, and current market trends</li><li>Build detailed, room-by-room staging plans in Stageforce, including furniture selections, layouts, and pull lists</li><li>Collaborate with the operations team to ensure inventory availability and prepare accurate load sheets</li><li>Conduct on-site walkthroughs as needed to evaluate layout, flow, and overall staging needs</li><li>Support installation day execution to ensure the final design aligns with the approved plan</li><li>Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, styling, and attention to detail</li><li>Communicate professionally with homeowners, real estate agents, and internal team members</li><li>Assist with inventory organization, returns, and warehouse coordination as needed; warehouse work required, including unpacking decor and linens and maintaining warehouse organization</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in home staging, interior design, visual merchandising, or a related field</li><li>Proficiency with Stageforce (required or willing to learn independently</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles, color, scale, and spatial planning</li><li>Ability to design entire homes independently and efficiently</li><li>Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills</li><li>Ability to lift and move d&eacute;cor items as needed during installs</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Proven experience working in a deadline-driven, and physically demanding environment</li><li>Willingness to work both as a team and independently in our warehouse</li></ul>Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have previous home staging or visual merchandising experience? </li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Seattle, WA 98108 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
