We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, along with a working knowledge of the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to create seamless, high-performance mobile applications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.</li><li>Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance app functionality.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve app performance.</li><li>Work with backend systems built on the MERN stack when required.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance user experience.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience in Flutter development.</li><li>Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter Widgets, and State Management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).</li><li>Familiarity with MERN technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).</li><li>Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.</li><li>Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.</li><li>Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play Store.</li><li>Knowledge of Firebase, GraphQL, or AWS services.</li><li>Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
