We are looking for a talented, customer-focused Kitchen Designer &amp; Store Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day showroom operations. You will be responsible for helping customers design their dream kitchens while ensuring the showroom runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. Note: - We encourage female candidates to apply, as the role involves working closely with female customers and maintaining comfort and privacy in the showroom environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, providing expert product knowledge and design guidance</li><li>Create professional kitchen designs and layouts based on customer needs, measurements, and budgets</li><li>Prepare quotations, proposals, and detailed design presentations</li><li>Manage the daily operations of the showroom, including display maintenance and inventory oversight</li><li>Ensure a clean, organized, and inspiring showroom environment</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and company teams to ensure smooth project delivery</li><li>Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth</li><li>Train and supervise showroom staff (if applicable)</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Experience in kitchen design, interior design, or related field (preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of kitchen products, materials, and design trends</li><li>Ability to use design software (e.g., CAD, 3D design programs) is an advantage</li><li>Excellent communication, sales, and customer-service skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Leadership or managerial experience is a plus</li><li>Positive attitude and professional appearance</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance bonuses</li><li>Opportunities for career growth</li><li>Supportive and friendly work environment</li><li>Training provided (if needed)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthExpected Start Date: 01/01/2026
