Job Title: Physician Assistant (Fresher / Entry-Level)Department: Clinical Services / Outpatient / Inpatient Reports To: HOD / Doctor Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate who is eager to apply clinical knowledge, assist in patient care, and grow under the guidance of experienced physicians.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist supervising physicians in patient examination, diagnosis, and treatment.</li><li>Perform basic medical procedures such as wound dressing, injections, and sample collection.</li><li>Take and document patient histories, vital signs, and progress notes.</li><li>Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging) under supervision.</li><li>Support in developing and implementing treatment plans.</li><li>Provide patient education and counseling on preventive care and treatment adherence.</li><li>Assist in clinical rounds, outpatient consultations, and minor procedures.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).</li><li>Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced clinical environment.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Optional):<ul><li>Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (EMRs).</li><li>Basic knowledge of pharmacology and medical terminology.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive entry-level salary based on qualifications and experience.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
