Direct Walk-in InterviewDates: Monday &ndash; 15th, Tuesday &ndash; 16th, Wednesday &ndash; 17thLocation (Live Map): https://maps.app.goo.gl/6M6r1MYZ7HmAs3xn6Office Address: Main Road, Rangarajapuram, Kodambakkam, Chennai &ndash; 600024Contact Number: +91 99442 00189 Hr - ManagerIndustry: FMCG / Beverage Manufacturing Department: Finance &amp; Accounts Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai Employment Type: Full-TimeJob ResponsibilitiesAccounts &amp; Finance<ul><li>Handle day-to-day accounting activities including vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain books of accounts up to finalization support.</li><li>Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking.</li></ul>GST &amp; Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).</li><li>Reconcile GSTR-2A / 2B with purchase register.</li><li>Handle GST notices, audits, and coordination with consultants.</li><li>Manage TDS calculations, payments, and returns.</li></ul>Payroll<ul><li>Process monthly payroll including salary calculation, deductions, and incentives.</li><li>Handle PF, ESI, PT, and payroll-related statutory compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with HR for attendance and employee data.</li></ul>Auditing<ul><li>Support internal and statutory audits.</li><li>Prepare audit schedules and ensure timely closure of audit queries.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.</li></ul>Purchase &ndash; Inward &amp; Outward<ul><li>Verify purchase invoices, GRNs, and vendor reconciliations.</li><li>Track inward and outward purchase entries.</li><li>Coordinate with stores and procurement for stock and invoice accuracy.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of GST, Payroll, Auditing, and Purchase Accounting.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP software.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Excel.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.</li><li>Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing preferred.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>B.Com / M.Com</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of relevant experience in Accounts &amp; Finance.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
