Role Overview:
The Regional Communications Manager will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of both external and internal communications within the EMEA region. This position focuses on enhancing the visibility and reputation of S&amp;P Global Energy by building relationships with key media, securing high-profile coverage, and supporting stakeholders on internal communications to ensure consistent and strategic messaging. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Develop and execute the communications strategy for S&amp;P Global Energy within the EMEA region aligned with divisional and corporate objectives.
</li><li>Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to craft compelling narratives and communicate key strategic initiatives and innovations.
</li><li>Draft and distribute external content, including press releases, statements, media advisories, pitch materials, and bylined articles.
</li><li>Create internal content, including executive messages for senior stakeholders, and manage internal events as required.
</li><li>Ensure all communications align with S&amp;P Global's corporate values, vision, and strategic goals.
</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, top-tier global media, industry analysts, and key journalists across the EMEA region.
</li><li>Coordinate media interviews, press briefings, and events to promote divisional initiatives and corporate goals.
</li><li>Monitor and report on communications results aligned with divisional and enterprise strategic goals.
</li><li>Manage media relations during crises, ensuring effective responses and mitigating potential reputational risks.
</li></ul>What we're looking for:
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Strategic communications leader with exceptional industry credibility, extensive regional and global relationships, and the ability to translate complex market dynamics into impactful public narratives.</li>
<li>Minimum 8 years of experience in public relations, external communications, media relations. Experience with financial services, energy, data analytics, or technology helpful but not required.</li>
<li>Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) (required).</li>
<li>Experience in developing and executing PR strategies throughout EMEA markets (very important).</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.</li>
<li>Proven experience in building relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, media outlets, and industry influencers.</li>
<li>Collaborative approach to developing and executing communication strategies with senior leaders and colleagues.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>

The Data Center &amp; Infrastructure Research team has been deeply involved with the data center market for over a decade. We produce both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the industry, providing insight into the companies active in the industry; their customers; trends impacting the industry and how the industry differs from city to city.
The Impact: We serve a wide variety of customers, including data center operators, investors and lenders, cloud and managed service providers and enterprises that are datacenter customers. Our clients depend on us to cover trends and issues around data centers by country, as well as topics that impact the industry more broadly, such as energy management and sustainability, how workloads for AI and IoT impact datacenters, the cloud in all its forms, and government regulation. Basic Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience working with datasets, databases, or analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools like Power BI/Tableau, or similar) to support research, reporting, or forecasting.</li>
<li>Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex, data-backed insights to both technical and non-technical audiences</li>
<li>Fluent English and Arabic (required); additional language capability is strongly valued for market coverage and relationship building.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in data-driven roles such as market research, data analysis, consulting, or market intelligence, with a track record of working with structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights.</li>
<li>Relevant work experience in a related field (datacenter exposure is a plus)</li>
<li>Undergraduate or graduate degree, either a writing/communications degree or liberal arts degree with an interest in technology, or a technical degree (math, science, engineering, MIS, IT) with a minor in writing.</li>

Role Overview
 We are seeking experienced Equity Research professionals to work as domain experts on a contract basis, helping us design, test, and improve generative AI tools for financial analysis .
 In this role, you will contribute your real-world expertise in equity research to shape AI systems that can reason about companies, industries, financial statements, and valuation frameworks at a professional level. This is not a traditional coverage or client-facing role; instead, you will act as a subject-matter expert whose work informs how AI systems learn to perform equity research tasks.This will be a flexible, largely remote arrangement.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Produce high-quality equity research outputs used to train and evaluate AI systems, including:
 
Company and sector analyses
 
Earnings forecasts and scenario analysis
 
Valuation models (DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions)
 
Investment theses with clearly articulated risks and catalysts
 
Build and review financial models that reflect industry best practices and sound analytical judgment
 
Break down your analytical process into clear, structured reasoning that can be understood and learned by AI systems
 
Answer questions about your process and analytical thinking as your produce research outputs
 
Evaluate AI-generated research outputs for: 
Financial accuracy

Collaborate asynchronously with research, product, and engineering teams to refine workflows and expectations
 
Ideal Candidate Profile
 
3-7 years of experience in equity research , asset management, hedge funds, or related investment roles
 
Strong command of: 
Financial statement analysis
 
Forecasting and valuation methodologies
 
Industry and company-level research frameworks
 
Ability to clearly articulate investment logic , assumptions, and trade-offs
 
High standards for analytical rigor, accuracy, and presentation
 
Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment
