We are looking for an Operations Engineer for our new Facilities DivisionJob Role<ul><li>Schedule and manage daily operations</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.</li><li>Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facility issues.</li><li>Ensure delivery of equipments and consumables to the team</li><li>Keep track on stock and coordinate with procurement for re order</li><li>Maintain accurate records and provide daily operational updates to the Manager.</li><li>Address and resolve client queries and requests professionally.</li><li>Coordinate with drivers and cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Prepare technical Scope of Work</li><li>Prepare after sales report</li><li>Ensure team reaches the site on time and work is been carried out in stipulated time</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Driving License</li><li>Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude</li><li>Experienced in scheduling</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
