Office Administration<ul><li>Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, calls).</li><li>Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.</li><li>Ensure office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) is maintained and serviced as needed.</li><li>Bank works office related cash handling .</li><li>Communication and Liaison</li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.</li><li>Handle inquiries professionally, redirecting them to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with vendors, clients, and staff.</li></ul>Documentation and Reporting<ul><li>Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.</li><li>Assist in data entry, record keeping, and database management.</li><li>Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.</li><li>Assist in onboarding new employees (arranging workspace, access credentials, etc.).</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
