Job Title: Operations Executive &ndash; E-commerce (Ambernath Location)Location: Ambarnath, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time, On-siteJob Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce order processing, dispatch, return shipments, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum understanding of marketplace orders and RTO (Return to Origin) shipments and be able to coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of operational tasks.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Check, review, and respond to daily emails and sync processes.</li><li>Manage morning, afternoon, and evening order processing.</li><li>Check and update inward &amp; outward scan reports (Google Sheets).</li><li>Work on dispatch mails and receiving copies.</li><li>Perform cancellation entries in outward reports.</li><li>Cross-check inward scan reports with MIS data.</li><li>Ensure final outward scan reports are accurate and updated.</li><li>File outward manifest documents and RTO copies (daily/weekly backlog clearance).</li><li>Cross-check 15 days inward entries (Meesho &amp; Website) with scanning and RTO manifests.</li><li>Coordinate and follow up with the RTO team to complete daily tasks.</li><li>Verify daily return scanning against RTO manifests.</li><li>Maintain systematic filing and documentation of all dispatch and return-related records.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum knowledge of Marketplace Orders &amp; RTO Shipments.</li><li>Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to cross-check reports accurately.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, or dispatch handling will be an advantage.</li><li>Should be comfortable with routine documentation and report management.</li></ul>Industry Type: E-commerce / Logistics / Supply ChainJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
