Job Type: Full-timeJob Description We are seeking an experienced Import Export cum Accounts Executive to join our team at Ramsons Perfumes Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pre- and post-shipment documentation, coordinating with customs agents, shipping lines, freight forwarders, DGFT, banks, and overseas offices for smooth material planning and dispatch.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and manage pre- and post-shipment export documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, DGFT, and banks for smooth operations.</li><li>Plan and execute export/import operations, container movement, and logistics planning.</li><li>Handle dispatch of material in coordination with the overseas office.</li><li>Maintain and update import &amp; export registers, MIS reports (weekly, monthly).</li><li>Ensure compliance with export-import policies, rules, and regulations.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of export-import procedures, incoterms, incentives, and regulations.</li><li>Hands-on experience with shipping, logistics, and documentation processes.</li><li>Good command of English with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Problem-solving ability and capability to work under pressure.</li><li>Candidates with experience in handling engineering products will be preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
