The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent people skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and employees to build a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture.Whether you&rsquo;re a fresher with strong fundamentals or someone with prior HR experience, if you&rsquo;re ready to take ownership and make an impact, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Hiring<ul><li>Partner with teams to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.</li></ul><ul><li>Source, screen, and schedule interviews with candidates.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.</li></ul>HR Operations<ul><li>Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and update employee records and HRMS database.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely processing of payroll inputs and statutory compliance.</li></ul>Employee Engagement &amp; Office Culture<ul><li>Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives</li></ul>.&bull; Act as the go-to person for employee queries, concerns, and feedback.<ul><li>Support performance review cycles and employee development efforts.</li></ul>Office Administration<ul><li>Coordinate with vendors, handle day-to-day office operations, and ensure a smooth working environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor attendance and leave records and ensure policy adherence.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:Fresher or experienced in HR field.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and hiring processes.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace &amp; basic knowledge of HR tools.Self-driven, approachable, and a proactive problem-solver.Educational Qualifications:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,or a related field.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Vivek Vihar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
