<div>We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team in providing top-quality, in-home care to clients who need assistance with daily living activities. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.</li><li>
Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor&rsquo;s appointments, walks, etc.).</li><li>
Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.</li><li>
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, and needs.</li><li>
Provide companionship and emotional support.</li><li>
Follow care plans and maintain accurate client records.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Certified HHA or equivalent training (as required by state regulations).</li><li>
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.</li><li>
