Digital Campaign Management<ul><li>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.</li><li>Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns for lead generation.</li><li>Track ROI and conversion rates for all digital activities.</li></ul>2. Website &amp; SEO<ul><li>Manage and update website content for ongoing and upcoming projects.</li><li>Improve website ranking through SEO strategies (on-page &amp; off-page).</li><li>Coordinate with developers or agencies for website maintenance and landing pages.</li></ul>3. Social Media Marketing<ul><li>Develop and manage the company&rsquo;s social media profiles and presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Create engaging content &mdash; posts, videos, and reels &mdash; aligned with brand guidelines.</li><li>Monitor engagement, respond to comments/inquiries, and grow follower base organically.</li></ul>4. Email &amp; WhatsApp Marketing<ul><li>Design and execute email/WhatsApp campaigns for property promotions and customer engagement.</li><li>Manage CRM database and maintain updated customer lists.</li></ul>5. Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track and analyze key metrics such as website traffic, lead cost, conversion rate, etc.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.</li></ul>6. Coordination &amp; Branding<ul><li>Work closely with the Sales Team to align campaigns with project goals.</li><li>Coordinate with external marketing agencies, photographers, and designers.</li><li>Support in offline branding initiatives like hoardings, brochures, and events when required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;11,264.69 - &#8377;38,991.30 per monthWork Location: In person
