 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Manage a high volume of candidate interviews (75+ Interviews a week)
 
 across multiple time zones with precision, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate onsite Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments with a high level of poise and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch experience that reflects a culture of excellence.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 3+ years of experience in administrative, recruiting, or HR coordination roles, ideally within a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 MUST have experience scheduling and coordinating high volume of candidate interviews (75+ Interviews a week).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Greenhouse or other ATS
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
 </li>
