We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Procurement Officer responsible for managing the end-to-end IT procurement process, including vendor onboarding, vendor and service partner management, and contract lifecycle oversight. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, experience in sourcing IT products and services, and the ability to foster strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT assets and services.Key Responsibilities:Procurement &amp; Sourcing:- Manage the procurement lifecycle for IT hardware, software, and services.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements andspecifications.- Source and evaluate suppliers and service providers, ensuring quality, compliance, andcost-effectiveness.- Request for Quotations (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), and comparative bid analysis.Vendor Onboarding &amp; Management:- Drive the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, including due diligence, documentation,and compliance checks.- Maintain a centralized and up-to-date vendor database.- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance using SLAs and KPIs.- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery, support, and resolution of issues.Contract &amp; Risk Management:- Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance in all procurement and vendormanagement activities.- Mitigate procurement risks through supplier diversification, compliance checks, andregular audits.Service Partner Management:- Manage relationships with IT service partners, including system integrators, managedservice providers, and consultants.- Evaluate and monitor service quality, performance metrics, and delivery timelines.- Coordinate with internal IT teams and service partners to ensure seamless execution ofprojects and support services.Budgeting &amp; Reporting:- Assist in IT procurement budgeting and cost forecasting.- Maintain procurement records, reports, and dashboards for audits and managementreview.Qualifications &amp; Experience:- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.- Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or servicedelivery management.- Familiarity with IT hardware, software licensing, cloud services, and telecomprocurement.- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of procurement systems is an advantage.- Understanding of ITIL, SLA frameworks, and basic IT compliance standards is preferred.Key Competencies:- Procurement and Contract Negotiation- Vendor and Stakeholder Management- Attention to Detail and Compliance Focus- Excellent Written and Verbal CommunicationJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your notice period ?</li><li>What is your current salary ?</li><li>What is your salary expectation?</li><li>What is your current location?</li><li>Do you have experience in IT Infrastructure and Hardware Procurement in IT Companies?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>IT Procurement: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>IT Hardware Procurement: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>IT infrastructure Procurement: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

IT Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities:Providing legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal matters.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.Conducting legal research to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.Representing the organization in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings.Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.Handling legal correspondence and communication with external parties.Monitoring changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization and advising on necessary actions.Collaborating with internal departments to ensure legal compliance and risk management.Managing relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. Admission to the bar or eligibility to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Prior experience working in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal principlesrelevant to the organization's industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
