We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse / Phlebotomist to join our home healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have excellent phlebotomy and IV skills, strong communication and patient-handling abilities, and the confidence to manage critical care patients and deliver wellness/IV drip therapies safely in home settings.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform venipuncture from patients at home, clinics, or wellness centers.</li><li>Administer IV infusions, vitamin drips, and hydration therapies as per protocol.</li><li>Provide basic nursing care and assist in critical or post-operative care when required.</li><li>Maintain aseptic techniques and follow all infection control and safety guidelines.</li><li>Monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after IV procedures.</li><li>Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and doctors.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of procedures, consent forms, and service reports.</li><li>Coordinate with the wellness teams for smooth operations.</li><li>Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively until medical backup arrives.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong phlebotomy and IV cannulation skills.</li><li>Knowledge of critical care procedures and vital sign monitoring.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to educate patients about the procedure and aftercare.</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and confidentiality.</li><li>Basic understanding of wellness and preventive healthcare therapies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
