The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, hands-on experience in import operations, and be responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciling ledgers, and handling various treasury and banking tasks.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform data entry of all accounting transactions.</li><li>Reconcile Vendor and Customer ledgers.</li><li>Manage and file documents as per CPV, CRV, BPV, BRV, and JV.</li><li>Ensure the authenticity and accuracy of all payment and receipt vouchers before data entry.</li><li>Prepare Cash and Bank Position statements for all group companies.</li><li>Handle various bank-related matters, including visiting banks and depositing checks.</li><li>Assist with treasury-related tasks as needed.</li><li>Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.</li><li>Maintain and record all petty cash transactions for all group companies.</li></ul>Import-Related Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for import-related transactions.</li><li>Ensure the timely clearance of goods and processing of all import-related invoices.</li><li>Prepare and review import-related documents, such as import purchase orders, customs declarations, and shipping documents.</li><li>Maintain records of import duties, taxes, and other expenses related to imported goods.</li><li>Reconcile import-related expenses with accounting records and vendor invoices.</li><li>Ensure compliance with import regulations and timely processing of customs and shipping documents.</li></ul>Salary: 50Kto 70K and depend on ExperienceExperience: 3 to 4 yearsQualification: BBA, B.Com,MBA with Specialization in Accounts and FinanceExpertise:Strong grip in accounting practices, with hands-on experience in import operations and financial management.How to Apply:Firstly, read all job responsibilities carefully.
