We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Service Manager with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BEE) to lead our technical team.Experience:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years in electrical/technical roles (preferably with some supervisory or team coordination experience)</li></ul>Job Description (JD):Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and supervise the technical service team in the installation, maintenance, and management of energy storage solutions, electrical systems, and related equipment.</li><li>Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of solar systems, inverters, batteries high voltage and low voltage, and energy storage solutions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all electrical and energy operations.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and clients to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.</li><li>Review and approve technical reports, service logs, and maintenance records.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex electrical and energy storage issues and provide guidance to the technical team.</li><li>Plan and schedule team activities, allocate resources, and provide training for skill enhancement in solar and energy storage systems.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>BEE in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.</li><li>Strong knowledge of solar systems, inverters, batteries, and industrial electrical systems.</li><li>Leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a dynamic industrial environment and handle multiple tasks.</li></ul>Note:Please read all job responsibilities carefully.
