Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Bilingual &ndash; English/Spanish)Location: Plano, TX Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible)Job Overview: We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our driving school team. This position plays a key role in managing front desk operations, assisting students and parents, and supporting daily administrative and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people and can handle a fast-paced office environment with professionalism.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet students, parents, and customers in a professional and welcoming manner</li><li>Answer phone calls, texts, and emails; provide information about driving courses, road tests, and scheduling</li><li>Schedule driving lessons, road tests, and classes</li><li>Assist students with enrollment and ensure all required documents are completed</li><li>Handle DPS-related paperwork and explain basic requirements to customers</li><li>Maintain student records and office files</li><li>Prepare daily sales reports and track payments</li><li>Create and maintain expense reports using Excel</li><li>Process payments and issue receipts</li><li>Support instructors and management with administrative tasks</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred</li><li>Customer service or front desk experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in a driving school or similar office setting</li><li>Familiarity with data entry on Excel</li><li>Comfortable explaining processes and requirements to customers</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>How to Apply: Please apply through Indeed or contact us directly at idealdrivingschooldfw@gmail.comPay: From $11.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
