Saab is seeking a motivated Sr. Information Security Analyst to join our team. We are committed to keeping people and society safe. The Information Security Analyst will play a key role in protecting our IT infrastructure by identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks and responding to security incidents. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented mindset and an eagerness to stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies.</p><p>
Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><div>
Incident Response: Serve as a key member of the incident response team, leading the investigation and containment of security incidents, performing root cause analysis, and developing remediation plans.</div></li><li><div>
Microsoft Security Tool Management: Manage and optimize our Microsoft security platforms, including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft 365 Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps), and Azure Security Center.</div></li><li><div>
Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and report on adherence to security policies, procedures, and controls. Assist with tracking compliance across various security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CMMC).</div></li><li><div>
Risk Assessment: Conduct information security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, assess potential impact, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risk.</div></li><li><div>
Threat Hunting: Proactively hunt for security threats and vulnerabilities by analyzing security events, logs, and network traffic.</div></li><li><div>
Security Policy and Procedure Enhancement: Assist in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of security standards, policies, and incident response playbooks.</div></li><li><div>
Security Awareness: Help deliver security awareness training and communicate security best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</div></li></ul><p>
Compensation Range: $90,000 - $112,500</p><p>

Skills and Experience:</p><p>
Required Skills</p><ul><li><div>
Extensive experience with Microsoft's security ecosystem, including Sentinel, Microsoft 365 Defender suite, and Azure Security Center.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with threat hunting and data analysis.</div></li><li><div>
Comfortable scripting or automating tasks using Python, PowerShell, Bash etc.</div></li><li><div>
Strong understanding of security information and event management (SIEM) tools</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge of network security protocols and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems).</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Experience leading or mentoring junior analysts or working in cross-functional teams.</div></li></ul><p>
Certifications:</p><ul><li><div>
Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200), CompTIA Security+, GIAC certifications, or CISSP are preferred.</div></li></ul><p>

Sr. Information Security Operations Analyst

The HR Operations Professional is responsible for supporting and optimizing HR processes, data integrity, and system efficiency across the employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in managing compensation operations and maintaining HR systems, particularly Workday, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless employee experiences. Responsibilities include but not limited to:</p><p>
Compensation Operations</p><ul><li><div>
Support the administration of compensation programs including offer analyses, job evaluations, market pay analyses, and annual salary reviews</div></li><li><div>
Ensure accurate setup, processing, and reporting of compensation data within Workday.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in market benchmarking, compensation survey participation, and pay structure analysis.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with compensation governance standards.</div></li><li><div>
Partner with Compensation and HR leadership to model salary adjustments and manage data audits.</div></li></ul><p>
Systems Administration and HR Operations</p><ul><li><div>
Serve as an HR system subject matter expert (SME) for Workday, focusing on Compensation and Reporting modules.</div></li><li><div>
Configure and test Workday business processes to support HR programs and compliance.</div></li><li><div>
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate fixes with internal IT or external Workday support.</div></li><li><div>
Support system enhancement and integration projects, including testing and implementation</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Finance to resolve employee issues and support business initiatives.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.</div></li><li><div>
