Job Responsibilities:Production Planning &amp; Scheduling:<ul><li>Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.</li><li>Plan and execute production schedules, manpower deployment, and material usage.</li><li>Demonstrate strong forecasting ability for planning materials, resources, and production capacity.</li><li>Prepare accurate production reports and analyze data to support decision-making.</li></ul>Operations Management:<ul><li>Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.</li><li>Monitor production KPIs and implement process improvements for enhanced performance.</li><li>Ensure proper maintenance and optimum utilization of equipment and resources.</li><li>Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Communication:<ul><li>Coordinate closely with Projects, Procurement, QA/QC, Maintenance, QHSE, and Logistics teams.</li><li>Interact with stakeholders and clients to ensure production aligns with project expectations.</li></ul>Production Execution &amp; Troubleshooting:<ul><li>Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely delivery of precast products.</li><li>Implement corrective actions to resolve delays, quality concerns, or operational inefficiencies.</li><li>Ensure all production activities comply with company standards and project specifications.</li></ul>Quality Assurance:<ul><li>Maintain strict adherence to quality requirements throughout the production process.</li><li>Support QA/QC teams in inspections, testing, and documentation.</li><li>Address any non-conformities or defects promptly and effectively.</li></ul>Resource &amp; Equipment Management:<ul><li>Ensure optimum use of plant equipment, molds, and machinery.</li><li>Monitor material availability and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid production delays.</li></ul>Team Leadership:<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and support the production team in achieving operational targets.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Ensure team members are trained, equipped, and aligned with operational goals.</li><li>Plan and execute production schedules, manpower deployment, and material usage.</li><li>Demonstrate strong forecasting ability for planning materials, resources, and production capacity.</li><li>Prepare accurate production reports and analyze data to support decision-making.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum10 years of UAE/GCC experience as a Production Manager in the precast, or construction industries(mandatory).</li><li>PMP certification or a Master&rsquo;s degree in a related field is a plus.</li><li>Membership in a recognized engineering society (e.g., Society of Engineers UAE) is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of precast manufacturing processes, production systems, and equipment.</li><li>Solid understanding of production planning, optimization techniques, and quality systems.</li><li>Proven leadership qualities with strong team management and project coordination skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Strong understanding of HSE standards and industry best practices.</li><li>Immediate joiners are preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Precast: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>
