 About the Job
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead, train, and schedule beach attendants, lifeguards, and other staff to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, resolving issues to maximize guest satisfaction and positive feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, regulations, and beach rules, conduct routine safety checks, and collaborate with lifeguards to monitor beach conditions and respond to emergencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and manage inventory for beach supplies and equipment, place orders as necessary, and ensure the availability of essential items for both guests and staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with other related service providers to provide seamless beach services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records of daily operations, incidents, and guest interactions; prepare reports for management as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement new ideas for beach activities, special events, and services to enrich guest experiences.
 </li>
