Job Description: Project Manager &ndash; USA Building ProjectsWe are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team and support USA-based building design and construction projects. Training will be provided, so prior project management experience is not mandatory.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for US clients.</li><li>Coordinate with internal engineers and design teams.</li><li>Assign projects and tasks to engineers based on scope and priority.</li><li>Track project schedules and ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to clients.</li><li>Track time spent on each project and site-related activities.</li><li>Ensure project documentation, drawings, and deliverables meet client expectations.</li><li>Identify risks, follow up on delays, and support resolution to keep projects on track.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Ex-Military professionals preferred &ndash; discipline, leadership, and commitment are highly valued.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination abilities.</li><li>Ability to work with USA clients and time zones.</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, project tracking tools).</li><li>No age limit &ndash; candidates from all age groups are welcome.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Training<ul><li>Prior project management experience is not mandatory.</li><li>Full training will be provided on internal processes and US project workflows.</li><li>Background in construction, engineering coordination, or operations is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
