Roles &amp; Responsibilities*All the below-mentioned tasks would be key to your role. The following requirements are not mentioned in order of priority.<ul><li>Dispense medications with proper labelling, packaging, and information about delivery and dosage.</li><li>Communicate with doctors and patients regarding medications that have been prescribed.</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate digital patient records</li><li>Contact the patients to verify and confirm the prescriptions before dispatching.</li><li>Comply with all local and national regulations and guidelines, such as those for HIPAA, FDA, and DEA</li><li>Maintain an orderly pharmacy by monitoring drug supply, ensuring sufficient inventory.</li><li>Checking expiry of the medication while dispensing.</li><li>Build customer relationships to increase sales of the stores and vendor management.</li><li>Stocktaking for near expiry medication &amp; return near expiry medication to the vendor.</li><li>Maintain records of Cash registers &amp; essential resources for the smooth functioning of the centre.</li><li>Collaborate with doctors to discuss potential incompatibility issues with patient prescriptions.</li><li>Offer information to assist patients in understanding how to properly take their prescribed medications.</li><li>Ensure zero medication error while dispensing medications.</li><li>Appointment Booking over call and for walk-in patients, including basic query resolutions from potential patients</li><li>Managing patient flow for ongoing patient treatments such as coordinating time slots with doctor and patients, answering basic patient queries etc.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>UG/PG degree in Pharmacy preferably B.Pharma or M.Pharma from a reputed Institute or University.</li><li>1+ years of relevant professional work experience as a Pharmacist.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1-3 years of prior working experience</li><li>Intermediate computer skills are a must</li><li>Strong communication and people skills</li></ul>We&rsquo;re looking for great talent and will be happy to welcome you.
