Your proactive approach and analytical skills will support our commitment to financial excellence and operational efficiency, empowering the organization to achieve its growth objectives.Duties<ul><li>Prepare detailed financial statements using QBO, reports, and analyses in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).</li><li>Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate profit &amp; loss statements, cost accounting data, and investment performance.</li><li>Support budgeting processes by developing forecasts, variance analyses, and financial planning models.</li><li>Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls and assist with regulatory reporting requirements.</li><li>Perform account analysis and reconcile discrepancies across various financial software platforms.</li><li>Assist in the interpretation of financial reports to inform strategic planning and decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate with teams in corporate finance, public accounting, and internal departments to optimize pricing strategies and sales forecasts.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of financial concepts such as profit &amp; loss management, cost accounting, and financial statement preparation.</li><li>Proficiency in QBO.</li><li>Proficiency in financial analysis techniques including forecasting, budgeting, and financial report writing.</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including SOX compliance and GAAP standards.</li><li>Experience with technical accounting practices and corporate accounting procedures.</li><li>Ability to interpret complex financial reports and provide actionable insights through clear report interpretation.</li><li>Familiarity with financial software tools used for account analysis and financial management.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.</li><li>Effective communication skills for presenting financial data to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
