Duties / Responsibilities</b></h4></div><div><div>
<div> <ul><li>Patent Procurement: Reviews, prepares and files patent applications; reviews, advises and replies to examination reports; completes registration of application on grant, publication and issuance</li></ul>
<ul><li>Patent Portfolio Management: Monitors deadlines; applies and utilizes guidelines and procedures for prosecution and invoicing; familiarizes oneself with specific client technology(ies) and provides required support</li></ul>
<ul><li>Patentability Searches: Prepares and advises local/regional clients on patentability of inventions; prepares patent applications for filing; advises on filing strategy and provides required support</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarizes oneself with local patent laws and regulations and maintains current knowledge on updates and changes</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarizes oneself with Saba IP&rsquo;s electronic management system (IPMS) for docketing, tracking, updating and analyzing filings and portfolios</li></ul></div><br>

Skills / Qualifications</b></h4></div><div><div>
<div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Telecommunication Engineering, or Biochemistry</li></ul>
<ul><li>2+ years of experience in the field. Exposure and experience in IP is a plus</li></ul>
<ul><li>Very good command of Arabic and English (French is a plus)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Teamwork skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Flexibility and adaptability</li></ul>
<ul><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>
<ul><li>Analytical skills</li></ul>
