Financial Record Keeping &amp; Bookkeeping<ul><li>Record all financial transactions (donations, grants, operational expenses) accurately in appropriate ledgers and software.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable; ensure invoices, receipts, and proofs are properly processed and filed.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and other cash books regularly.</li></ul>Budgeting, Forecasting &amp; Financial Planning<ul><li>Preparing annual or project budgets.</li><li>Monitor budget vs actual expenditures to ensure financial discipline and flag any deviations.</li></ul>Donor / Grant Management &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain records and accounts specific to donor funding, ensuring that expenses comply with donor agreements.</li><li>Prepare financial reports for donors on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis as required.</li><li>Compliance, Audits, &amp; Regulatory Duties</li><li>Ensure compliance with local tax laws, NGO registration requirements, social insurance, and other statutory obligations.</li><li>Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documents, evidence, and explanations.</li></ul>Financial Controls &amp; Internal Policies<ul><li>Design and implementation of internal financial controls to prevent misuse of funds.</li><li>Ensure payment processes, procurement, advances, reimbursements etc. are following organisational policy.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Staff Reimbursements<ul><li>Process payroll accurately and on time; ensure deductions and withholdings are in compliance with laws/policies.</li><li>Manage advances &amp; advance liquidation; ensure staff expense claims are reconciled.</li></ul>Cashflow &amp; Asset Management<ul><li>Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and upcoming liabilities.</li><li>Maintain fixed asset register, track depreciation, and ensure resources/assets of the NGO are properly accounted for and preserved.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Information Sharing with Management<ul><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management and the Board.</li><li>Provide meaningful financial analysis and advice to inform decision-making.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Record-Keeping<ul><li>Keep physical and electronic records organized, up to date, with appropriate backups.</li><li>Be ready to produce documentation required by auditors, donors, or regulatory bodies.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>- Minimum 3 years of experience in accountingg</li><li>- Must hold a relevant degree in accounting, finance, or a related field</li><li>- Graduated from a top-tier university</li><li>- Proficiency in MS Office</li></ul>SABA TrustGulraiz Phase 2, RawalpindiJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounts: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Rawalpindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
