Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manages/coordinates strategic planning, technology administration, and preventive maintenance to ensure security, reliability, and availability of network and other IT resources.</li><li>
Develops and implements overall institutional strategic technology plan, including database and web needs, network, systems development, hardware/software acquisition, desktop, and program integration efforts in coordination with the Clinic's business goals and strategic plans.</li><li>
Manages/coordinates external managed service provider.</li><li>
Assign workloads, develop priorities, establish work schedules, monitor staff productivity and performance</li><li>
Document disciplinary actions and/or counseling sessions in consultation with department leadership and Human Resources.</li><li>
Manages the IT Support team to ensure maintenance and support of desktop computers, printers, and peripheral equipment at all Clinic sites.</li><li>
Develops, implements, and works with the management team to enforce hardware and software, and security policies.</li><li>
Manages maintenance and support of the Clinic&rsquo;s critical business systems, applications, servers, and network resources, ensuring reliability, availability, and performance to meet user needs, including the management of third-party vendors.</li><li>
Develops and implements security and disaster planning activities; plans for and provides leadership during emergency situations, and manages disaster recovery efforts.</li><li>
Manages information systems infrastructure reporting, including hardware/software error volumes and response times; security breaches; back-ups and preventive maintenance; system availability; software error and enhancement requests, etc.</li><li>
Tracks and evaluates new standards, technologies, and trends, particularly among community clinics; recommends technology enhancements and develops implementation plans, especially when these will improve efficiency and/or reduce costs.</li><li>
Develops and manages Information Technology budgets and capital investments in close coordination with senior management; ensures expenditures comply with approved budgets; monitors and evaluates budget issues and recommends corrective action.</li><li>
Manages the purchase, installation, testing and deployment of hardware and software, recommending and budgeting for upgrades as needed.</li><li>
Manages contractual agreements with service/product providers; maintains effective working relationships with vendors to ensure the Clinic receives proper service in accordance with any agreements; controls associated costs.</li><li>
As a senior manager, the incumbent is expected to assume responsibility for projects, both major and routine, outside of daily responsibilities.</li></ul>
Position Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
Familiarity with Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, Windows server 2016+, Linux)</li><li>
Familiarity with Office 365 Backend (Admin, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, etc.)</li><li>
Familiarity with Azure hosting environment.</li><li>
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Active Directory</li><li>
Familiarity with Modern EDR/XDR systems (Sentinel One, etc.)</li><li>
Familiarity with Veeam backup</li><li>
Project management skills.</li></ul>
