 <div>Basic Function:
Provide hands-on leadership to a team of employees to accurately maintain a 24/7, high volume shipping/receiving function. Handle primary planning responsibility for production operations. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory Control/Management
 <ul><li>Responsible for the inventory control of all raw materials in SAP.
 </li><li>Workorder consumption of all materials according to BOM
 </li><li>Communicate and train across all shifts to maintain the inventory control of all Raw materials
 </li><li>Responsible for Month End inventory
</li></ul>Shipping and Receiving
 <ul><li>Set up incoming resin truck delivery schedules
 </li><li>Responsible for receiving of all Rail car deliveries
 </li><li>Responsible for the Organization and Raw material Levels
 </li><li>Maintain a clean warehouse area and be fully compliant with all production safety policies and procedures.
</li></ul>Planning and Scheduling
 <ul><li>Oversite of daily Production scheduling
</li></ul>Materials Movement
<ul><li>Manage the flow of raw materials through the receiving department until consumed on the production floor.
</li><li>Responsible for SU management of all Raw Materials in inventory
</li><li>Review Material Blends in FACS System
</li><li>New blend sheets for line changeovers (review update Reference folder) if needed for Color and Material changes
 </li></ul>Team Leadership
<ul><li>Organize and optimize the direct team of Material Handlers and Materials Administrator
</li><li>Fully accountable for safety of employees. Conduct safety meetings, job safety audits and reinforce our safety program as needed.
</li><li>Provide coaching, mentorship, progress conversations, and training opportunities for team members
</li><li>Conduct employee timekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to PTO requests and timesheet maintenance (revision, approvals, rejections), coverage for absences of hourly staff
</li></ul>Other
<ul><li>Accurate review of invoices in accounts payable system
</li><li>Additional tasks as assigned
</li></ul>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
 <ul><li>Capable of motivating a work force to meet the expected department goals
 </li><li>In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and production workflow.
 </li><li>In-depth knowledge of finished goods, shipping/receiving requirements, safety, housekeeping and quality activities within a manufacturing operation.
 </li><li>Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
 </li><li>Team leadership and motivational skills; strong organizational skills.
 </li><li>Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office including SAP.
</li><li>Experience:
 </li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
 </li><li>Minimum of five years in management successfully motivating 10+ employees in a manufacturing environment.
</li></ul>Other:
Work in accordance with all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety, quality, product safety and legality, security, and regulatory compliance as applicable</div>

 <div>Sabert is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! 
<div>Job Summary:
</div><div>We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong background in electrical controls and mechanical troubleshooting. This position supports our extrusion &amp; thermoforming operations and involves working with a wide range of equipment, including:
</div><ul><li>Extruders &amp; Roll Stacks
</li><li>Thermoformers &amp; Trim Presses
</li><li>Granulators (Grinders)
</li><li>Vacuum Pumps &amp; Blenders
</li><li>Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, &amp; pneumatic systems
 </li></ul>Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Diagnose and repair equipment issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
</li><li>Troubleshoot AC and DC motor drives, relays, motors, and control systems
</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and complete daily walk-throughs of machinery
</li><li>Create and complete work orders in SAP, including logging time and materials used
</li><li>Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and machine reliability projects
</li><li>Use Microsoft Excel to track maintenance tasks and Outlook to coordinate with the team
</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized maintenance area
</li><li>Apply root cause analysis and suggest long-term improvements
</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
 </li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
</li><li>Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems (AC/DC) up to 480V 3-phase
</li><li>Skilled in repairing motors, gearboxes, pneumatic valves, and cylinders
</li><li>Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
</li><li>Familiar with SAP or other CMMS platforms for work order management
</li><li>Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
</li><li>Strong problem-solving and time management skills
</li><li>Able to learn new systems and equipment quickly, and troubleshoot new machinery without prior hands-on experience
 </li><li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision
</li><li>Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent technical training preferred
</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and work with PLC&rsquo;s (programming not required)
 </li></ul>Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Lift up to 70 lbs.
</li><li>Stand for 8-12 hours
</li><li>Work in hot environments, as needed
</li>Good manual dexterity and visual acuity

</li></ul>Schedule:
<ul><li>12 hours shift: Night Shift 6:00pm - 6:00am
</li><li>2-2-3 work schedule
</li>Training might be on days, M-F.
