Managing Plaintiff's Personal Injury ParalegalOur established and growing personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Astoria. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in one of New York's largest and most respected PI firms, working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Position Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in plaintiff&rsquo;s personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a full caseload independently from intake through trial preparation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle all aspects of plaintiff&rsquo;s personal injury cases from inception to trial.</li><li>Independently draft legal documents including Notices of Claim, Summons and Complaints, Bills of Particulars, and Discovery responses.</li><li>Monitor and manage statutes of limitations and critical deadlines.</li><li>Oversee a caseload of approximately 120 active files.</li><li>Ensure compliance with litigation procedures and Court Orders.</li><li>Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and medical providers as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 3+ years of experience in plaintiff&rsquo;s personal injury litigation.</li><li>Strong drafting skills and a comprehensive understanding of PI litigation processes.</li><li>Must be able to read medical records</li><li>Excellent organizational and case management skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure.</li><li>Must be seeking a long-term role with room for growth.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)</li><li>Full benefits package</li><li>Friendly and supportive team environment</li><li>Immediate hire for the right candidate</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re ready to take the next step in your legal career, we want to hear from you.
