We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Manager &ndash; Fragrances to join our growing team in Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drive B2B sales across assigned territory by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts in the fragrance and aroma chemicals sector.</li><li>Lead and mentor the regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.</li><li>Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to develop and execute effective sales strategies.</li><li>Build strong relationships with perfumers, R&amp;D teams, and procurement heads across industries including personal care, home care, and fine fragrances.</li><li>Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align client needs with our offerings.</li><li>Regularly track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to support business planning.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of sales experience in the Fragrance Chemicals industry, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or senior role.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value customer accounts.</li><li>Strong industry network and understanding of fragrance trends, formulations, and applications.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel across assigned regions.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be part of a growing and innovative brand with global aspirations.</li><li>Work in a collaborative and high-performance environment.</li><li>Attractive compensation and growth opportunities.</li></ul>To Apply: Send your updated CV to akshita.hr@sacheerome.comCandidates from fragrance and flavour industry will be preferred.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;500,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
