Job Profile:<ul><li>Helping in Recruitment and Retention</li><li>Ensure candidate documentation is collected and recorded/filed.</li><li>Oversee all staff engagement for the country office and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.</li><li>Compliance and Record-keeping</li><li>Co ordinating with ESI, PF and other legal depts.</li><li>Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor laws.</li><li>Manage time clocking system for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.</li><li>Oversee Employee Compensation and Benefits</li><li>Monitor compensation and ensure internal equity &amp; compliance and benefits are met.</li><li>Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions.</li><li>Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labour laws.</li><li>Plant Administration and management</li><li>Training, Development and Performance Management</li><li>Employee Relations and employee engagement activities</li><li>Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.</li><li>Preparing Minutes of meetings and office international documents / memo&rsquo;s</li><li>Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.</li><li>Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair.</li></ul>Required Candidate profile:o Qualification: M.B.A in H.R, M.L.W, M.H.R.M or Equally Qualifiedo Experience: Minimum 5 Yearso Skills &amp; Competencies:&Oslash; Good Communication Skill&Oslash; Good in decision making&Oslash; Good in Public Relation&Oslash; Good expertise MS Office / word / excel / power point/ MIS/ SoftwareJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR &amp; Admin: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
