Job Title: Agricultural CoordinatorCompany: Sadat-Agro LLC Location: Doha, QatarPosition SummaryThe Agricultural Coordinator will oversee and support agricultural operations, ensuring efficient planning, implementation, and monitoring of farming and agro-related activities. The role involves coordinating field operations, liaising with farmers and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with best agricultural practices and company standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate daily agricultural operations, including crop production, irrigation scheduling, and field maintenance.</li><li>Monitor crop health and recommend improvements for yield optimization.</li><li>Work closely with farm managers, agronomists, and field workers to ensure smooth execution of agricultural plans.</li><li>Assist in planning planting and harvesting schedules based on seasonal and market requirements.</li><li>Ensure proper use of fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation systems in line with safety and environmental regulations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of agricultural activities, production data, and resource usage.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers and vendors for agricultural inputs and equipment.</li><li>Support implementation of modern farming techniques and sustainable agricultural practices.</li><li>Conduct field inspections and report issues or risks to management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and local agricultural regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in agricultural coordination or farm management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of crop production, irrigation systems, and soil management.</li><li>Familiarity with modern farming technologies and sustainable agriculture practices.</li><li>Good organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in outdoor and field conditions.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic agricultural reporting tools.</li><li>Valid driving license (preferred).</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Agricultural planning and coordination</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making</li><li>Team collaboration and leadership support</li><li>Data recording and reporting</li><li>Time management and multitasking</li></ul>Work Conditions<ul><li>Field-based role with occasional office reporting in Doha.</li><li>May require extended hours during planting and harvesting seasons.</li></ul>Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
